What we can state generally
- Yes Chef AI is a web software service operated by Yes Chef AI Ltd for business customers.
- Customer account access is authenticated; customers remain responsible for controlling who they authorise and for protecting their credentials.
- The service relies on established cloud hosting, database and related infrastructure providers. Exact subprocessors, regions and processing purposes are described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
- Transport to the application is expected over HTTPS in normal production use.
- We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use or serious breach, as described in the Terms.
What customers should still verify
- Which users in your organisation may create, edit, approve or export records.
- What operational data you upload, and whether it is suitable for the chosen plan.
- Retention, export and deletion expectations before onboarding sensitive records.
- How AI-assisted outputs are reviewed before operational or customer-facing use.
